AVN (Avascular Necrosis)

AVN (Avascular Necrosis) overview

Focused clinical protocols designed to protect bone integrity and manage pain from compromised blood supply.

About This Service

Avascular Necrosis (AVN), also known as osteonecrosis, occurs when blood supply to a bone segment is temporarily or permanently disrupted, most commonly in the femoral head (hip), shoulder, or knee. Early diagnosis is critical to preventing joint collapse.

What to Expect

We review advanced MRI imaging, evaluate disease staging, and deploy targeted decompression, regenerative biologic protocols, and joint-sparing pain relief strategies.

Is This Right for You?

Ideal for patients with deep, progressive hip or shoulder aching and risk factors such as steroid use, prior trauma, or known avascular changes.
